Colombo, 3rd April 2025 – In a significant step towards enhancing Sri Lanka’s energy security, Sahasdhanavi Limited (fully owned subsidiary of LTL Holdings Limited) has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) for the development of a 350 MW RLNG (Regasified Liquefied Natural Gas)/ Duel fuel power plant in Kerawalapitiya.

The project, which will also be a key contributor to the nation’s transition towards cleaner and more efficient energy solutions, is set to bolster the stability of Sri Lanka’s power supply. The signing ceremony took place at the CEB, Head Office Colombo 2, with senior representatives from CEB and Sahasdhanavi Ltd in attendance.
